What information should I include in a pump enquiry?
Provide the full item number and model if known, quantity, fluid, concentration, temperature, viscosity, solids size, required flow, discharge pressure and suction conditions. Add delivery destination and any connection or documentation requirements.
Can I search by a repair-part code?
Yes. Use the catalog search to find the item itself or records that reference the code in repair-kit and spare-parts information. Keep the complete code, including its suffix.
How do you match an Air Kit or Wet Kit?
We check the complete pump code, air system, material configuration and available item-specific references. A family name or port size alone is not enough to confirm a kit. Unverified relationships are identified on the product page.
Are all catalog photos exact item photographs?
No. Some pumps share a model image, and some parts use a clearly labeled representative image. Confirm the item number, configuration and specifications before ordering. A similar appearance does not establish interchangeability.
Can DFIN help select materials for my fluid?
Yes. Send the fluid composition and concentration, operating temperature, solids and cleaning conditions. The review considers all wetted components together. Final material selection is confirmed for the actual application.
What brands and services does DFIN offer?

These are confirmed in the quotation for the requested items and destination. Include your quantity, required delivery date and service expectations so we can define the supply and support scope.
How can I send my enquiry?
Use email or WhatsApp, or prepare an RFQ on this site and open your preferred communication app to send it. Preparing the form does not automatically send a message.
