Send the full model and item number, quantity, fluid, temperature, required flow and pressure. For a repair, include nameplate and component photos.
Does a photo confirm the exact configuration?
No. Some configurations share a model image. Representative parts photos are labeled; the complete item number and specifications determine the supplied product.
Can you help with repair-kit matching?
Yes. Send the pump nameplate and service requirement so DFIN can check generation, materials and the relevant Air Kit or Wet Kit.
